Refund Policy
You can claim a refund in accordance to the governing terms. Read these terms carefully.
A) Within 24 hours of slot-allotment.
If you ask for a refund within 24 hours of allotment of a slot, you are entitled to receive 100% of your money back. 0% Slot Liability Fee and 0% Refund Processing fee.

B) Up to 7 days before the workshop commences.
If you ask for a refund at least 7 days before the commencement of the workshop, you are entitled to receive 93% of your money back. 5% Slot Liability fee along with a 2% Refund Processing fee are charged.

C) Up to 1 day before the workshop commences.
If you ask for a refund up to 1 day before the commencement of the workshop, you are entitled to receive 78% of your money back. 20% Slot Liability fee along with a 2% Refund Processing fee are charged.

D) Up to 7 days after the workshop commences.
If you ask for a refund up to 7 days after the commencement of the workshop, you are entitled to receive 53% of your money back. 45% Slot Liability fee along with a 2% Refund Processing fee are charged.

E) Up to 15 days after the workshop commences.
If you ask for a refund up to 15 days after the commencement of the workshop, you are entitled to receive 28% of your money back. 70% Slot Liability fee along with a 2% Refund Processing fee are charged.

F) After 15 days of commencement.
We do not issue any refund after 15 days of commencement.
*Slot Liability Fee : Once you make a booking, we lock a slot for you in a batch. In case you cancel your booking, your slot might stay vacant throughout the entire workshop. Depending on your date of cancellation, a fee is charged.
*Refund Processing Fee : A logistic fee of 2%. It is a fixed fee and does not depend on your date of cancellation.
